My Career in Real Estate began in the early 1980’s as a licensed real estate agent. During that time I began investing in real estate purchasing & rehabbing properties for resale along with retaining some properties as rentals.
In 1990 I became a licensed real estate appraiser in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa.
In 1995 I moved to Southern California and became a mortgage broker. I was fortunate to have learned lending in the very aggressive and creative California market. After returning back to the Kansas City, Missouri area I have continued as a mortgage broker, I am now originating mortgage loans with 360 Mortgage Inc.
I am pleased and honored to say that I am a Certified Credit and Finance Coach andmortgage broker that offers a WIDE variety of personal experience and programs.

I am honored and pleased to say that early in 2009 I received my certification from the American College of Credit and I am now a designated CCFC Certified Credit and Finance Coach. As a CCFC coach I can educate people on credit, budgeting and finance. I am so fortunate the number of opportunities that this certification presents; they are limitless.
I have been a member of Kansas City Investment Group for 7 years and am currently serving as President.
