I am a “Licensed Loan Originator” in Missouri and Kansas with over 16 years experience as a “Mortgage Broker”.
My Career in Real Estate began in the early 1980′s as a licensed real estate agent. During that time I began investing in real estate purchasing & rehabbing properties for resale along with retaining some properties as rentals.
In 1990 after the Savings & Loans Crisis went under and FIRREA came into the world or real estate; I became a licensed real estate appraiser in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa.
In 1995 I moved to Southern California and became a “Mortgage Broker”. I was fortunate to have learned lending in the very aggressive and creative California market.
After returning back to the Kansas City, Missouri area I have continued being a “Mortgage Broker”. I am a “Licensed Loan Originator” in Missouri (#10-1649-MLO) and Kansas (#0009720) I originate mortgage loans with 360 Mortgage Inc.
I have been a member of the Kansas City Investment Group for over 8 years
and currently serve on the board. As this time I do not personally invest
in real estate but choose to provide my experience and knowledge to my
clients.
Early in 2009 I received my certification from the American College of Credit and I am now a designated Certified Credit and Finance Coach (CCFC). As a CCFC coach I educate people on credit, budgeting and finance. I am so fortunate for the number of
opportunities that this certification presents; they are limitless.
In April 2011 I was chosen by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to be a speaker at their “Money Smart Day”. In June 2011 I was ask to participate with the FDIC of Kansas City’s AEI (Alliance for Economic Inclusion).
Bottom Line: I actively originating mortgage loans and I also educate “Average Joe’s” on Credit, Budget and Finance.
